A collection of magazines
based on the James Bond films (which sadly didn’t make it beyond its
test launch).
I was launch editor on the
project, working closely with a designer. I commissioned OO7 expert
Brian Scivally to write some of the articles and did the rest myself.
The magazine included a detailed analysis of each film, an interview
with a Bond actress (in the first issue, Honor Blackman), features on
the cars (above) and a look at how the stunts were performed.
Each magazine finished with a tongue-in-cheek look at Bond’s lifestyle
- in Issue 1, the famous Vodka Martini, shaken not stirred.
